What Zuren is

An informational personal-finance dashboard: it consolidates financial records you provide, computes analytics deterministically, and flags observed changes. It is provided as-is, without warranty.

What Zuren is not

Not investment, tax, legal or financial advice. It never recommends buying or selling anything, executes no transactions, and cannot move money. Figures are only as accurate as their inputs and data sources, and displayed exchange rates are daily reference fixings, not live market prices. Decisions you make remain yours.

Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials to yourself, enter only data you are entitled to use, and do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions and payment

Zuren is offered on a paid subscription. The price and billing period are shown on the pricing page and again on Stripe's checkout page before you confirm anything; the amount you see there is the amount you are charged.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and never reach Zuren's servers. Your subscription starts when Stripe confirms the first payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then shown, until cancelled. Any taxes that apply are handled at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, reached from the pricing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and access continues until that period ends.

If a renewal payment fails, Zuren keeps your account in good standing for a short grace period while Stripe retries, rather than cutting access off at the first failure.

Refunds

Billing periods already started are non-refundable by default, because cancelling leaves your access running to the end of that period. If something has gone wrong — a charge you did not expect, a period you could not use, a fault on our side — write to support and it will be looked at properly rather than refused on principle.

Price changes

Prices may change. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and existing subscribers are told before a new price takes effect, with enough notice to cancel first if they would rather not continue.

Termination and changes

You can delete your data or account at any time; deleting your account also cancels any active subscription. These terms may change; material changes bump the version shown above, and the current version is always the one published here.
